The Washington County Housing Authority will receive separate, and sealed bids for the following prime contract single bid with the Authority:
The work to be performed under this contract is a Section 3 Project under provisions of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, and must, to the greatest extent feasible, provide opportunities for training and employment for lower-income residents of the project and contracts for work in connection with the project be awarded to business concerns which are located in, or owned by, Washington County residents. Particular attention is directed to requirements of Executive Order 11246, 11625 and 12138, as well as Section 3 requirements, as set forth in the Specifications.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason(s) what so ever and to waive informalities in the bidding.

2. Window Washing
Commonly going to bid during August / September for specific buildings to have windows washed in October of the same year. Please note that on rare occasions we may not go to bid during a specific year due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Snow Plow Contracts
Next Contract Term: November 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023
4. Elevator Contract
Next Contract Term: August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2027 plus 3 consecutive renewals at our discretion.
5. Trash – Maple Terrace; Maple Terrace View; Lincoln Terrace, Highland Avenue Apartments, Crumrine Tower/Jollick Manor; Bassettown Manor
Next Contract Term: 11/1/22 – 10/31/25
6. Trash – Frederick Terrace, Valley View Terrace, Canonsburg Scattered Sites, Bentley Tower
Next Contract Term: 4/1/23 – 5/31/26
